On the problem of the back window, i have the same and am intrigued to know how to fix the wind noise. Also, my front driver window squeaks going up and down too, however i think the soloution as i heard from a skoda mechanic is to put a lubricant into the window channel such as WD40 or 2 - in - 1 oil. I haven't tried this myself as im a bit optimistic to put that kind of liquid down my window channel.

there's a few threads on here on how to fix the wind noise  i've done them and STILL getting the noise

Not sure about WD-40ing the window channel............will that not cause it to constantly smear?

mine used to squeak, but for some reason it randomly stopped.

Just try wiping the rubber seals with a baby wipe. Long shot but you never know.

Silicone spray on the rubbers around the window will solve the problem.

will that smear on the window

will that smear on the window

It didn't when I used it on a previous car, in the past I have had to remove the door panel and lubricate the track.
