140 Combi for Ireland?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if there are any plans for Skoda to sell the 140bhp diesel in combi form in Ireland?

Just talked with my dealer and he told me yes it is, and he will have price information and be placing orders very soon

And the 140 CR are great, and with a good fuel economy

Cheers Bryan, will have to keep an eye out for that then..Hoping to get a test drive arranged in one soon but it will be the 170 and while it would be great to keep the same engine as is in my VRS I'm trying to bring the cost of my lease/BIK down a bit (its going to be a company car)..

As far as im aware its available but just not on the website

I've just taken a 140 hatchback and the difference between this and the 140 PD I test drove initially is chalk and cheese. The CR is much, much more refined, no rumbling at all and with a much smoother power delivery. Economy so far with just over 900 miles on it is averaging 53.3 with a best of 63.1 over 78 miles of crowded but flowing dual carriageway.
