Quick question, are the pads for the Mk1 VRS the same as Octavia 4X4? Obviously discs and calipers are larger but a few of the pads I've looked at say for both cars and others say VRS only.

If they are the same all the better as they want more for the 4X4 version and limited choice, who is the best to buy from?

Yes they are the same pad. (I work for J motor Components on the Isle of Wight) Just had a look in our Bendix Catalogue. 571984B is bendix number. VRS = 312mm Disc, 4x4 = 288mm Disc but pads the same.

We sell shed loads of these and they are good

Fast road , and the odd track day will be OK

These dont need to be warmed up to work either
