Auxillary belt tensioner mount

HI All

Hope this is the right area for my car...it's an 02 Octavia Estate TDI Elegance.

I've made a rather grim discovery, where the damper for auxillary belt tension mounts by the power steering pump the casting has sheered off.

Having discovered it's only the damper I'm happy enough to drive the vehicle, I've tucked the floating end of the damper up under the air con pipe (think that's what is is). What I need to figure outnow is how I get this sorted. It looks like the mounting point is a different pice of metal to the casting the steering pump is on, appears to be bolted to it the steering pumps mount. How do I identify this piece, where the dickens would I get one from and any one any idea on how much and how you replace it?
