Skoda symphony and telephone

Hello Skoda friends,

I have some problems finding if there is another similar topic like this, so I have to ask like this:

I want to buy original telephone console for my Skoda symphony radio, but it's very rare on ebay. I don't know part number and how to find it.

Any help would be excellent.
