About to buy, have retro fitting questions

Hi guys!.

I am located in Taiwan (im english though, its a long story) and the yeti is getting released in october, tomorrow i get to test drive the press car.

Anyway i am going to pick up the 1.2tsi DSG, problem is in Taiwan the spec is bare-bones, almost no extras besides the gearbox!.

We dont get:

multi function steering wheel

double din stereo (we get the horrid blues thing)

no leather or alcatara trim

no 17'' wheels

no HID's

well nothing that skoda sell as an extra really :(

Anyway i still want the car, but i cant take not having the touchscreen stereo or the 3 spoke steering wheel.

Does anybody know if its possible to retrofit these without hassle?.

I found a seller that has both of these parts for sale new.

Oh and does the maxidot display come with the DSG box or is it still an extra?.
