Bleeding a new clutch slave cylinder

Hi

Just fitted a new clutch and relese bearing (Fabia VRS).

I cannot get the clutch to bleed out, the pedal just drops to the floor and virtually no fluid comes out of the bleed point.

The clutch pedal then need to be lifted back up with my foot as it stays on the floor.

Any one got any suggestions ?

Man I hope its not the clutch master cylinder failed as replacing the clutch has cost me £950 so far !
