Whats the best panel filter ive currently got a green cotton but i think needs replacing

Aren't the cotton filters ones you clean and lightly oil with some special stuff? (i.e. reuse)

Everything else largely depends on mileage and assumes everything that should have been done previously has been

Careful if you are parking on a beach, salt water doesn't go well with cars.
