Estate, rubber seal around rear quarter

I just noticed that the rubber seal on the offside rear quarter window (the one that looks over the boot) looks to be pushed in too far compared to the one on the nearside. It starts ok but as it goes round it goes in. Where as the nearside is even all the way round. Anyone know if it can be pulled back to where it should be? Or it is stuck. I'm suspecting it's been like it since new (8months old).
