Has anyone had any dealings with this lot.

I bought a Garmin 3790T from them about a week ago, but returned it as it was full of bugs, it wouldn't accept custom POI's, taking forever to acquire a satellite lock etc & a couple of reboots.

So I returned it at a cost of £6.70 (RM Special Delivery), got an acknowledgement email regarding the receipt of the unit & heard nothing back since, no email responses in fact el zippo!

So am wondering if I've lost my money & unit or what!

Used them several times in the past but have never returned anything so can't help on that situation I'm afraid

Interesting not long after I posted this I got contacted!

After many questions regarding the unit how long does it take to find the satellites between 5-20 minutes! POIs vanishing etc.

They conceded that there's probably a few faulty ones about! So they're going to refund me! Phew!

Well it will be when they credit my credit card account. So still a little nervous.

I used them a while ago to buy a TomTom Go720. Delivery was next day and I would be happy to buy from them again.

Well I've been waiting nearly a week for the refund & the money still hasn't reappeared in my account, so I've contacted my CC company & formally made it a dispute.

What a shower.
