what to do?

Featured Replies

what to do what to do!! want my fabia vrs to handle better, on a budget and im in 2 minds?? do i just go for the springs with standard dampers which i can aford.... or do i wait and go for a propper spring, shocks set up?? are the benifits of the later far greater then just the springs?

a rear arb is a must! i got a whiteline one and it transformed my handeling, i found it did 10 times more difference that having lowering springs! highly reccomended

With a remap, you could do with having the suspension AND the brakes sorted, really. Save up and do both properly would be my advice...

yeh i agree, i have 312mm brakes n they make so much difference

Dont do it the cheap way and just lower it on standard shocks. I made this mistake and im just about to put it on coilovers. Id say that was your best bet, and then add the RARB as mentioned before and your sorted. i would lover it first then do the RARB after but thats just me really

As mentioned you'll always get a better ride and handling car if you go for matched springs and shocks.

Well, I'm very happy with my STR.Ts :) A bit over 300 quid these days, I think.
