aux input on bolero stereo

Featured Replies

I have now got an 10 plate octavia estate with the bolero stereo however there is no aux in fitted.

I have removed the stereo and inspected the pins on the back and nothing is plugged in to the aux pins, and aux on the screan is grayed out does anybody know if its possible to get this working with out major cost and installing the rather expensive MDI unit.

The aux input is usually in the jumbo box (do you have one) and can be activated within the Bolero menu.

The car does not have the jumbox or the centre arm rest and the setting for activating the aux is not available in the set up menu

Hi,

Did you ever manage to install an aux-in to your Bolero radio? I'm thinking of doing the same thing and just wondering if you have any advice, and also if you could confirm what cable I need.

Thanks!
