Featured Replies

Hi guys am due to get my new vRS anyday.

How do i find out which ship its on and how do i track the ship.

Also i didnt get maxidot fitted so what things do i need to get the dealer to activate for me.

All help very much appreciated

Has it been made yet? If not try and add maxidot to the order will surely be cheaper that way

Its been made already in emden

My understanding is VAG only use one ship in a German port and when it's fully loaded it sails over (normally over a weekend) unloads then goes back.

The GF has Maxidot on her A3 and to be honest we only used it to change the door opening sequence and she likes the digital MPH? So I didn’t bother getting for my VRS.

My car sat there for 2 weeks as it just missed the boat........

Yea i was told that i missed the ship that left on 08/08/10 so will just have to wait for next one :(

I am still wondering what settings to ask the dealer to do for me with not having maxidot.

Interesting that you have a digital readout on your wife's display controlled from Maxidot.

I to would like to be able to get this as I find the speedo indications at 30/50 and 70 difficult to read

quickly on my Elegance.

Perhaps you would be good enough to say how this was set up using Maxidot.

Thank you.

Options include:-

Cornering foglights

Anti hijack

Coming home/leaving home lights

Door opening

Key out unlock options

I think that there is a recent thread going into a bit more detail as well.
