I can see you're a pre facelift rear lamp fan mate :D

Ever considered lamin-X ing the clear bits to darken the reardown a bit?

Here's my attempt at part tinted rear lights.

Sorry to hijack the thread Elliot. But just to answer Tas...

I did :D. I just used a weetabix box  heres how I did it...

I managed to make the 4 smoked segments with a little spare leftover out of an 8"x12"

piece of gunsmoke Lamin X.

I simply made a pair of cereal box card templates which I fettled until perfect with scissors..

Then sellotaped them around their outline, directly to the face of the Lamin-X.

This way they won't move when cutting..

Then, using the supplied craft knife I cut round the cardboard outline

( through the sellotape too...) peeled off the sellotape and there you are.

I then flipped the two templates over and repeated the process to make a pair for the

other hand lamp... Failing to do this will ensure you end up with two sets of pieces in the

same hand....

Bad times.... I nearly did it  Just caught myself as I started cutting

and was able to reverse. Applying the pre cut pieces to the lamp was actually quite

easy and took me about a half hour to carefully apply the 4 bits.

Worth the effort IMO.
