Re-occuring fault codes P1531 & P0033

Hi everyone,

Im having problems with my Octavia mk2 vRS which are really bothering me. I keep on getting two fault codes (as topic suggests). Now P1531 is a open camshaft control sensor. Even though it was closed, i had the sensor replaced yet the fault code wont go away.

Secondly, P0033 shows a fault with the turbocharger bypasss valve. I had a new diverter valve fitted by Skoda from the newer octavia as i recently had my car remapped. I have noticed that the atmospheric blow off sound doesnt occur anymore so im assuming the fault is here somewhere?!

Any help is appreciated as im at my wits end :S

decided it is finally time to catalog all the bits n pieces I've done to Gandalf (MY17 Superb 162TSi). its been 3.5 yrs, and a lot has been done, but u wouldn't think that looking at it. below is full listing of everything I've done. all things small, and some big. Hi guys, I'm at desperation stage here. Changed bearings on the car. Ball joints also changed. The threads on my TREs were goosed from getting the busy off, so I bought new ones to replace them. My issue is the jam nuts. I have watched/read pretty much everything that's out there, yet these things won't budge. Tried heat, spray etc. Is it definitely clockwise for both to loosen them off you are looking at the hub from the outside of the wheel arch? Lefty loosey when looking from the insid

Hi new to the site I have just purchased a 2008 superb Laurin and klement edition in dark blue with cream leather 118000 with original wheels athou the wheels need full refurb i think they are diamond cut but maybe someone could correct me could anyone tell me how many were produced in mk1s and are they a rare car I would have preferred the 1.9 as apose to the 2.0 litre but it drives just a good and coud not find this edition in a 1.9 but I don't think they did a laurin klement in a 1.9 tdi but

Generally, i dont like to be one of those people to open up another topic that has been exhausted time and time again, but after extensive research, i really am struggling to find a forum response that matches fully with my issue.
