Rather than go through all this , have you been in touch with your supplier in regards warranty?

NO , KW are one of THE best available , but hey yu do feel better after a rnat on the forums

Or just get in touch with where you bought them from and get them changed for free?

Sarah

Contact KW directly

You should be in-line for some free replacements by the looks of it :o

KW on the whole seem to have a good reputation.

You must have ended up with a friday afternoon batch !

kw will rebuild coilovers and their quality is the best i have seen on any vag vehicle, i have variant 2s on my mk2 golf and they still work perfectly, its nice knowing too that when i want them rebuilt kw will still do it for me ( i have to pay of course) but much less than a new set!

contact them, they will sort it....

oh dear, oh dear, oh dear

I didn't have problems with coilovers but had the same leaking from the spring and damper kit that they sell. As I need my car to get to work KW said they could only inspect and replace the dampers FOC if I bought some new ones and paid for fitting and once inspected they would issue a refund if the dampers were found to be faulty.

Supprisingly KW kept denying there was anything wrong with my dampers once I had paid for new ones despite x2 different garages telling me there was a large amount of oil leaking.

Be wary of KW's promises to replace them as the UK Side don't have any say in anything if the HeadOffice say NO they wont be replaced for free, I gave up after 8months of trying to get my money back.

Great ride but carp customer service in my experience.

ahhh not good

im running KW V1's they've been on for 5 years and done maybe 60-70k and are spot on
