I know some of you on here have contacted Skoda UK directly about the delivery date of their car. Waht information does my dealer need to give me to be able to obtain this information?

Your dealer can easily access the information required to guess the delivery date.

James and Beth at Allams have been really helpful with updates on my Scout order which is due for delivery in a couple of weeks (thanks). SUK needs a consignment number (8 fig number) to check status, but generally I've found asking the dealer easier.

Dealer can give you the consignment number and then you can call SUK, but TBH if your dealer is ok they will keep you as well informed as SUK

don't just email them, call them every so often too, just to keep them on their toes.

All the info I have had on the progress of my car has come from my dealer, totally unprompted by me.

On the last leg now, just wish it was here!

called SUK 3 weeks ago asked for the code beginning with 200 hadn't got it said they would contact the dealer and contact me......still waiting

On the plus side dealer phoned yeaterday to say looking like the end of September ordered end May.

Just replacing like for like and current one not 3 years old until end Oct. Come to think of it that took its time also
