i used this when i did my vrs http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Laser-Brake-Caliper-Piston-Re-wind-Tool-Set-1314-/390209486383?pt=UK_Hand_Tools_Equipment

excellent bit of kit

if your just changin the discs n pads theres no need to bleed them up, just undo the cap on the fluid resevoir. just remember to tighten it bk up when you've done :giggle:

Thanks , any best way to bed them in , before driving ie Pump the brakes e a few times and try the hand brake , does the handbrake auto adjust . thanks again

my handbrake didnt require any adjustment but try it once you've fitted them to see if all is ok

i had to bed mine in as i did the front and rear at the same time.

Are the fronts just as easy , as i can get a set of front and back discs plus pads for £70 , could do all over 2 weekends .

ye pretty straight forward, i had the whole car done in a couple of hours (give n take the call outs while trying to do it at work :giggle: )

GSF do that same Laser wind back tool for less than £20.

It is not left or right handed so can do both sides. No bleeding needed very straight forward job. If your pads are very worn down you may need to let some fluid out the brake reservoir.
