If it is a 2007 octavia tour, it will have either an AZH or an AZJ engine, and they use different plugs.

Have a look in the boot for the build sticker. It should be under the carpet. It will tell you which engine you have.

If it it the AEG, APK, AQY or AZH, it uses the NGK BKUR6ET-10 plugs. (This is a triple electrode plug)

The AZJ uses the NGK PZFR5D-11 (Single electode, platinum tip)

I've used the bosch 4 electode ones before, and I didn't like them.
