what a stupid idea......having to loosen the EGR valve and remove engine cover bracket to get at it !

anyone else seen what i'm refering too?

also - numpty that serviced my car last time had set service intervals to 18600KM instead of 18600 miles !

erm just let the inlet manifold cool down properly before you try and undo the filter perhaps?

it's done but what a pain to get at

I just pop the plastic cap off the top of the filter, turn it sideways and out it comes.

But yeah I've sworn at em a few times.
