Setting clock

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I have an Octavia 1.9 TDI Ambiente (Early 2004) and would like to know HOW to set the time on the electronic clock.

I always laughed at Skodas till I bought one - now I know better. Most impressed so far despite the cost of a new alternator whilst on holiday in Austria!

Appreciate any guidance

Basically you push in the button under the rev counter and move it to the right for the hours, left for the minutes. keeping it right or left moves it faster. thats how it is on my vrs anyway.

^^ agreed. Was like that on my Fabia aswell, so should work by just twisting the left hand button on the rev counter

I simply turn my either way - no need to push in ? :wonder:

Thanks everyone - I had tried pushing that button and nothing happened using it in conjuction with the reset button etc. Never thought about TWISTING it. Brilliant many thanks. Now I know what time it is!

Now I know what time it is!

Time to read the owners manual!

By the way, if you don't have one I can email you a pdf copy if you like.

Nice thought SimonJ, but there's a link to PDFs in the stickies at the top of the forum, so I'd save my bandwidth and let everyone download their own copies.
