Maxidot Columbus setting query

Featured Replies

Hello again, been away for a while cheating with a VW Phaeton, now come back home to Superb Estate Elegance.

I have been fiddling with settings and setup, as you do, and can't seem to find the answer to this little problem. When I have audio showing on maxidot and I am playing music from the HDD through "media" the maxidot shows the artist album and track but it also shows a readout of my current speed; this is not such a problem the trouble is it is showing the speed in km/h which keeps shocking me when it shows over 100.

Any ideas where I can change this?

The speed in the maxidot cannot be altered or removed, as has been said many times before on here, the EU dictate that all cars sold in the UK show both KMH and MPH. Since the main speedo only shows MPH, the maxidot shows the KMH speed. This cannot be altered or removed since it would invalid UK type approval for the car.

I have exactly the oposite problem guys. I am at Greece the main speedo is showing KM/H but maxidot shows MP/H. I cant find any way to change it...

Any ideas?????

Sounds like you have the same but the other way round, I cant for the life of me think why you have MPH unless you are close to Cyprus which uses MPH.

I have no idea also, I asked to dealership and waiting his responce. Being close to cyprus has nothing to do man...Greece its not Cypus... I have no idea at all...
