Hi everyone

Just introducing myself as I am a new member and have just ordered my first Skoda.

I needed a replace my aging Golf auto with something of a similar size but a higher seating position. I considered a Golf Plus, Seat Altea, Nissan Qashqai, Honda CR-V and the New Kia Sportage. I discounted the Golf Plus and Seat Altea as they were too similar to my present car and the others were too bulky. I was finally drawn to the Yeti because of its compactness, appearance (different), specification and the many positive reviews it has received. I chose the 2.0TdiCR DSG Elegance in steel grey.

I have opted for the factory fitted towbar preparation on the advice of the dealer as I intend to tow a caravan but I am not sure what I get for this. I have spoken to several dealers and Skoda UK and I am as confused as ever. I will search the forum for more information but if anyone can help educate me I would very much appreciate it.

Thanks

Welcome to Briskoda, and nice to a see another Yeti on the forum.
