Right, I have a couple of niggles with my vRS, nothing serious just annoying if anything.

1. First off is the speedo isnt working, rev counter works fine, been told by the guy I got it off that it's just a sensor on the rear of the gear box, he did show me where it was, just wondering if this is true, and if so does anybody know a part number and approx cost from dealers.

2. The mpg computer etc doesn't work, I'm guessing tho this is just due too the speedo not working, is this the case or is there something else I should be looking at?

3. Engine management light is on, guy told me this was too do with the sensor for the speedo, had a scanner with him, showed me the error then cleared it, came back on yesterday tho.

4. Whenever I turn a corner the petrol gauge goes right down and the light comes on, happens either way, and also when accelerating hard, any ideas what this could be.

1 to 3 could be linked, someone knowledgeable will be along shortly.

4 could be sender unit in tank.

Anybody got an idea?
