Newbie with a VRS

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, I have just recently purchased a 2004 Fabia vRS and eager to start planing on what modifications to make to it.

First step will probably be a remap and possibly a clutch change?

Then will move onto the the air intake, changing it to the PD160.

Would love to get feedback on what other people have done to their vRS's and any ideas and advice that could be given would be much appreciated!

Hello and welcome!

The first mod that I did was the 12mm gasket to get rid of the stutter, but you probably don't need to do this as your engine is the kind before the ones with the problem. For a few hundred quid you can get a set of eibach stiffened/lowered springs and a rear anti-roll bar from jabbasport which will sharpen up the handling nicely.

As regards air intake, a good panel filter like pipercross wouldn't be a bad idea.

Welcome to the forum :D

Indeed air filter and a pd160 air intake with a good map like ours will make a world of a difference :D We can supply all the parts so by all means give me a quick shout on the number below and we can have a chat about it :)
