Oh Bugger!

Featured Replies

Been out to Chatsworth today for the Beyond Limits exhibition / viewing in the gardens. Taken 234 pictures then found i've got something on the image sensor!!!!! Managed to remove it ok with my rocket blower but looks like i'll be doing a little clone removal on quite a few shots over the next week or so. :dull:

Oh the joys of photography.

Cheers

Just had a scan through the images and it looks like it's affecting just over half of the total images. The rest it can't be seen due to the background being dark anyway.

Out of those it does affect there are two or three that are going to be tricky to clone it out so may have lost those shots. :'( We'll see how we go.

Dave, I photographed a series of 100 still life type shots st small apertures, this of course shows up the dust on the sensor.

As the dust is in the same places for each frame, I used lightroom to 'heal' all of the spots on the first frame, and then synchronised those edits to the rest of the images. 98% of the shots edited fine.

Saves hours of editing :-)
