Does anyone else experience a periodic fluctuating idle (between 1000 and 2000 rpm) when the park or neutral gears are engaged? The engine keeps revving up and then slowing down in cycles. Sometimes it stops after a while, sometimes not. Research seems to point to an issue with a vacuum hose, but how to diagnose this is my problem. Any advice?
