Help, everytime I close the boot on my Octy vRS with the very handy strap, the interior panel comes off. I can't get it fitted back on properly, only by the bottom fixings.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fit the panel back? :confused:

Hi,

This is one of the few design faults on the Octy. Had the same problem with my 2.0 Elegance and took it to the dealer. They replaced the clips that hold it on and it was okay (until it got rearended). Not had any problems with my 1.9TDi so far.

You can try it yourself but it is dead fiddley.

Mines a Y reg model so probably is the design fault. THink I'll get the dealers to sort it when it next goes in for a service.
