Following a thread elsewhere on "BRISKODA" I have produced a PDF file which details the actions required to

1 - Remove The Gear Selector Gaiter of a Skoda Yeti (DSG) though I think that it will cover the manual transmission versions also:

and

2 - Remove the Storage Compartment In Front Centre Console.

Removing the gaiter is detailed in the owners manual but could be clearer. Removal is required to gain access to the selector release mechanism should you need to in the event that it is "stuck" in P [park].

Removal of the Storage Compartment In Front Centre Console provides access to the wiring loom in the centre tunnel.
