I would just like everybody to know that i have collected my badly damged Octavia Vrs (5 days old at time of accident) from "Just Car Clinics" in Hartlepool and would like to say what a fantastic job they have done. I took the car to the dealers after i collected it and they were amazed at what an excellent job they have done. I personally will recommend them to everybody and anybody. I will say they do not rush the job , but definitely worth the wait.

The only problem i have had is that the CD changer has 4 CD's stuck in it since the accident, a dealer near Hartlepool (who will remain nameless) NOT Derek Slack's has been a complete pain about sorting the problem out. I have arranged with "Just Car Clinics" to take the car into Derek Slack's to get the CD player sorted under the insurance claim.

So the only problem has been with an unnamed Skoda dealer in Sedgefield.
