Been reading the site for a fair while as I've always liked the Skoda Octavia VRS's..

Was due to be buying a 2010 VRS Diesel but unfortunately I was declined finance as I didnt have enough credit history.

But nevermind, I've recently purchased a Mk1 Octavia VRS estate to use for a while until my credit rating builds up enough to purchase a newer model!

Collected yesterday, gave the car its first properly wash, claybar, polish and wax today!

has a slight issue with the OSF suspension, the spring would shift around a bit on slow speeds when turning, so I've bought a complete strut off ebay to fit in this week. Other than that it drives lovely!

Future plans for the car are to ideally get hold of the standard 17's or some other OEM wheels from the VAG stable, lower it slightly and fit a better headunit. I bought this as a daily driver as I've got a weekend car

Sold that recently after using it as a daily for 3 months.. NOT FUN... scraping over speedbumps and constant backache from the stiff suspension!

But picking another one up this coming weekend...
