Is there a direct fit set? What's the best set up for a good price ?

Changing the headunit can go a long way to improving the sound - the standard speakers aren't too shabby really if run via a decent HU IMO. Plus iPod's and stuff can be used.

Think the speakers are 16.5cm, but don't quote me on that.

U read my mind lol, sound my Clio 182 with my £150 clarion unit but just ordered up a £250 Bluetooth kenwood hunit on my wives new credit card but shhh don't tell anyone.

The rear speakers sound poor are they different from the fronts? I know standards do sound good and I'll check with new head unit

I've have to put two bits of bent rubber pipe in front door space to stop annoying vibrations

No idea about the rears - I had an estate and not sure if they were the same. Could always get some 6X9's? *hides behind sofa!*

Think some people disconnect the rear tweaters as they can distract from the mid tone of the rear speakers as they're so close to the drivers ear. Never tried myself, but might be worth looking into if it's a tiny-ness you're suffering from.

my hound sits in the boot so no 6x9s sadly

rears are 10cms and fronts are 16.5cms but need an adapter kit to fit properly.

Front's are 5" rears 4"

6.5" fit the front but need spaced
