Outside temp sensor on a new fabia combi?

Featured Replies

Ordered a new fabia for some days ago but wounder about one thing..

Is there any outside temp sensor in this car (thermometer)? that shows temp and warning when its become freezy... I ordered mine with climatronic.. but I guess its not showing outside temp?

In my volkswagen touran at work the outside temp is showed at the dashboard.. when I start the engine it show the temp outside, and when I drive it warns me when the temp become below 4 degree and lower.. (ice).

what is MFD? I am not sure I have that in my fabia combi active (dont think I had any option to pick it)..

The display between the clocks on some trim levels is the MFD, multi function display. Other levels have a LCD display but I think it shows the external temp there too. A little snowflake symbol shows up when the temp is less than 4 degrees.
