Rear cigarette lighter Fuse

Featured Replies

The rear cigarette lighter in the Skoda Superb has stopped funtioning. The kids have been using it to charge up game consoles. I can't find it mentioned in the fusebox layout in handbook.

Does anyone know where the fuse for it is located?

The front lighter socket is working fine by the way.

It should be answered here: http://briskoda.net/forums/topic/171089-12v-socket-in-the-boot/

The fuses for socket in the boot and in the rear are on the same fuseboard. On mine, the 20A fuse for the rear lighter is at the top of the board.

Thanks for that.

Unsure if i'll bother, looks quite tricky. Annoyed as I just had the car serviced just over a month go, so could have got it sorted then.

Mine failed when the kids used it to operate their dvd player...then the moaning started, so i eventually replaced the fuse...after trying to find the fuse !! not easy, but least it will keep kids quiet
