Hi I'm trying to get the engine out of my s100 so that i can change the clutch but there is a stud stuck on the left hand side (looking from the rear) its the one that has thread on both sides of the engine to gearbox flange. I've tried heat and a pry bar but with no luck is there a trick to this? Everything else is free and loose

There is no easy special Skoda way as far as I know....cut it and then use a stud removal kit later. They are all standard M size nuts and bolts on Skodas so it will be easy enough to replace.
