Best remap for fabia vrs?

Featured Replies

Now that my car has just had a full service, cambelt and waterpump I want to get a remap done. The engine has just turned 50k so is still pretty fresh. I have used Revo in the past on 2 pd150 golfs and was very impressed but I did feel they suffered from clutch slip. I have spoken to Performance Torque who say they can do a map for 240ish. What do people recommend??

Your not far from Unit18 in Northampton. They do some awesome maps written by Rich Washbrook who knows his VAG onions.

P-Torque are excellent and very good value.

Highly recommended

Could join the P-Torque remap group buy - $50 off...

Also noticed in your sig you had an st as well, nice cars how do they compare? ST obviously a lot quicker but fabia feels almost as pokey..?

Just sold the st, ran it daily at 280bhp, was awesome with so much low down boost, and the noise was wooohoo, drank like an alcoholic though which is why we got rid lol

Yep, 100% file downloads compared to others 60% remap.

What does that mean sorry?

Some tuning companies base rewrites on a percentage of the original file rather than all of it.

Yeah, i had a mate who went to a "big name" for a map. After having enough of all the smoke it chucked out, got Unit 18 to have a look, was a map for a ASZ engine, his was a 2007 BLT engine. That was just the start :S Should have just gone Unit 18 in the first place like i said.
