Maintenance Plan

Featured Replies

I've taken out one of Skoda's fixed price maintenance plans for my nearly new car - got it in just before it tripped past the 10,000 mile limit :)

But where can I get my car serviced - the dealer I bought from is a bit out of the way and not hugely flexible to deal with.

But there is a VW dealer almost next door to me and one very close at work. Can they do my servicing on fixed price maintenance?

I asked if i could still use the brilliant Audi dealership in Bedford, but Skoda said no.

I ended up going to the dealer I bought from. They serviced the car but apparently the VW service kit was locked away so it was a basic service.

And VW have refused to cough up because the car was delivered to the dealer on variable servicing but delivered to me on fixed.

I've refused to take the car back to the dealer so they're going to switch it over when it next asks for a fixed service and they're going to tell VW it was a variable service instead.

And they've swallowed the cost of the first service.
