No, are you using the recommended 12V 5W bulbs?

Are they loose in their holders? They may be rattling around, especially when shutting the boot, which won't help. Bend the holders in a bit to fix this.

Also, make sure you don't touch the glass when replacing-oils & grease from your skin attracts dirt & can shorten lamp life.

I ordered some led ones advertised for the octavia.. they didnt state at point of sale that a resister is neded! FFS.. usless f**kers :( So im having it out with them
