Hi Guys,

I am a little confused at what I need to order to have bluetooth, maxidot and mulitifunction steering wheel on a VRS fitted with DSG. Do I just need to add the Bluetooth Preparation including maxidot for mutlifunction steering wheel option or do I need to spec a multifunction steering wheel also?

I am led to believe (by the dealer) that the car already has the full multi function wheel as part of the DSG option.

Can anybody please confirm this for me.

I am confused by the online configurator which insists on adding the multi function wheel separately even on s car with DSG :S

yes the maxidot and MFSW are both standard on the DSG equiped cars. Bluetooth is an optional extra.

No doubt the configurator is borked which is why its giving you odd results. Skodas website is well known for getting things wrong!

Excellent! I got it right on my order. My car is being built next week so I needed to be sure before it was too late.

Damn the configurator, I had it straight in my head until I tried that thing!

Hmm I wondered if you might ask! I have gone for Race Blue after a lot of deliberation! I like Silver but my current Golf is Silver so I need a change and I really like Race Blue.

I have gone for the 2.0 CR TDi, DSG, Bluetooth, Zenons, Columbus Nav, front and rear parking sensors and the Auto dimming mirror etc. I can't wait to get it, I placed the order on 24th July. It's been a long wait.
