Hi guys our vRS has the seat cupra console bushes fitted a few months back and last week had the cable to the starter motor repaired

I am now having a problem where when you change gear unsmoothly or start the car or go over slow small bump - ie pulling on/off the drive (dosnt happen on speed bumps etc) we get a rattling noise, skoda say its not from the work they did last week any ideas?

If you drive at 50 in 5th put the clutch in and back out it also clunks

Dog bone Mount?

Got to the bottom of this, took it to a local "back street" place the mrs uses for her car, they found the problem... the main dealer hadnt fitted the airbox/air filter correctly when fixing the starter motor... annoyed as the dealer told me it was nothing they could have done, cost me £20 to fix, now to do battle with the dealers!

At least it was a simple job.
