Anyone know where I might be able to get a KPH display for an Octavia. The speed limits are changing from MPH to KPH next Thursday and it'd be handy if I could change the speedo.

As the MPH speedo has km on it I personally would not bother. I have seen sports speedo displays, which as they were european had KM only on it for Skoda models on the internet, but it was a while ago. A search with the usual search engine choices should give an answer.

The rest of the display (digital bits) can be changed to KM using VAG-COM or the dealer could do it, but the Dials are a speedo out and dismantle the speedo unit jobby.

If you want the speedo to read KMH only then you will need to change the dash insert, around

Without too much hassle, no. he speedo has to come out and the cover (gently) levered off for a start.

Exactly, It would be over reading all the time, don't throw your money away just get used to reading the KMH part of the speedo. Welcome to the site by the way I assume you're from my neck of the woods.

I thought the incraments would be the same as the KM on a MPH speedo, so it would be a straight swap myself.

The incraments are different for KPH, as is the calibration of the dash.
