I used gtechniq.com to order some G3 water repellent but its been over 15 days now and nothing has arrived ?

Have sent them 2 emails both seem to have got ignored, no reply anyway. So before I phone them up has anyone used them before, what was the service and waiting time like ?

Depending on the feedback I may just claim back through paypal and go elsewhere.

Thanks Chris, did try ringing but was engaged. Will try again tomorrow, fingers crossed it has just got lost in the system as I haven't had a dispatch notice.

Yep I've used Gtechniq products, G3, G4 and C4 so far - only took 2 days to arrive, delivered by 1st class mail.

Did you get a confirmation email after you placed the order?

A few people have had problems ordering from G-Technic but they all get their bits in the end and I am sure this is a one off...............

I have only used a few of their items thanks to Chris_Focus but I am seriously impressed, looking forward to using them all very shortly........... :yes:

Just out of interest did you only order G3?

After speaking to Rob I ended up buying the G1 / G4 kit which should suit my needs better & last a little longer.
