Can anyone tell me, please, how easy it is to replace the left hand indicator arm on our Octavia Scout? The cruise control switch is faulty, according to an electronic diagnosis, and I would like to replace it myself if it is feasible.

Incidentally lots of people replace the indicator stalk when retrofitting cruise control so there will be plenty of information on how easy/hard it is to do!
