New Fabia line up?

Featured Replies

Fabia Sport. Anyone know why they haven't put it on their main website, even though it's been in th Fabia micro site for ages? Have they done a FL Greenline yet?

There is a Greenline II (facelift) now, and it's in the brochure.

The Sport doesn't seem to have appeared despite originally being adviced October. there's a thread on it somewhere here. You may have heard about Skoda struggling to meet demand withsupply with long waiting lists for some models so it's possible Skoda are delaying introduction till supply is addressed.

Is the sport still fitted with the 1.9 TDI or are they looking at the 2.0 TDI like the Ibiza FR?

According to my local dealers, there is no announced date for the Sport, it will have all the same engine options as the Elegance but have the Sport bodykit (which you can buy as an accesory from Skoda anyway). Other than that the range is idenitcal to the immediate pre-FL range (S, SE, Elegance, Sport when it turns up) plus the vRS.

I contacted Skoda customer services about the Sport twice, back in June after seeing it in Prague and again after it showed up on the microsite. In June they said they had no plans to market the car in the UK! In October they said it would be marketed "in 2011" but gave no date. Assuming the spec is similar to the German and Czech cars it's a 1.2 DSG and that would explain the delay.

Thats what I was told - will post up a pic of the Sport bodykit on Moday, mine is having it fitted as you can get it from Skoda as accessories. Spoiler looks a lot bigger than even the one fitted to the vRS!!!

i look forward to seeing the new bits fitted. hoy much is the rear spolier. mint is a pre fl but the boot is identical so it should fit.

edit: just remembered u have an estate so it will be different to the hatchback

The pre-fl has a different bodykit (its the one in the Skoda Fabia Accesories brochure despite appearing to be a FL version) mine will look different slightly. Spoiler is about 2-3 inches longer than normal one. If you get the Fabia brochure or online from Skoda.co.uk that will show you the pre-fl version.

Should be picking it up Wednesday. Haven`t been able to fit it due to cold weather!
