I am trying to source a set of 16" steel rims to fit snow tyres. The size I am after is: 6x16 5x112 with 57 centre and an ofset ET40. I understand this wheel is/was an option for winter tyres on the superb upto June 2008. Would anybody have a genuine part number for the rim?

One thing, if you have not bought the winter tyres yet, then you probably will not be able to buy them in UK. So that could mean that you might need to use somewhere like "mytyres.co.uk" - if so, they do a "winter tyre + steel wheel" package - maybe be a bit less restrictive of the "ET" and you might find that they can supply steels for Audis that would fit your Superb. I bought steelies + winter tyres for my wife's Polo 9N from that source, I originally did consider trying to get a set from scrappies but I found that most available were the wrong width (too narrow for 185) and dealers price for wheels to get ordered in were something like £35 each.
