Never heard of a turbo sensor before mate! Plenty of other sensors that would cause dodgy running.. if its lumpy on low revs with no warning lights id suggest cleaning and re-setting the throttle body.

eml light is on but that was due to my speedo not working, needs new speed sensor, but when i had it on diag last week it said something about an intermitant turbo sensor or somethi along those lines, now when you drive the eml light flashes

Flashing EML is not a good thing mate! I would get it on the Diagnostic again and get the fault code as there could well be more problems now.
