I was driving home last night 50mph. Car started to go slow to 30 mph no faster and then the light for the exhaust gases come on? What does this mean, do you all think it will cost alot of money to fix?

The manual says if this light is on it should also say Esissions Workshop, but it does not say this just the little exhaust warning light is in?

Looks like a scan will be needed to narrow the possibilities down.

Note the car will only say "EMISSIONS WORKSHOP! (EMISSIONS WORKSHOP)!" if it's fitted with a maxidot display in the centre of the instrument panel instead of warning lights - and very few are.
