Amundsen GPS - detailed europe map?

Hi folks, this is my first post. I have just placed an order for an Octavia 1.4 TSI with DSG gear box. I opted for the "Amundsen" sat nav unit, but after doing some research on the internet, I'm starting to believe I made a huge mistake... I can't figure out how to purchase a DVD with detailed maps of Europe, or western Europe. The only maps I find are country spesific (ex. detailed Germany, main roads elsewhere in Europe). I really need detailed coverage for several countries, as I like to make road trips through Europe during my summer vacation.

So, do I really have to purchase one spesific DVD for all the countries I would travel through...?

Yes you have to buy all maps separately. :( But you can copy all the maps in same SD card (buy big SD card) so you don't have to change cd:s while driving.
