Hi Everyone!

Hi everyone! I'm just registered at Briskoda. I'm From Russia, so I'm sorry if you'll find my english bad :). I beloved VAG cars long time ago, but owned my red queen just last spring. Its an 2010 Octavia 1U called WTS version, so it's almost new car (now 15000 km on the dash). In some ex-ussr countries octavia was produced till last summer. My is one of the last produced cars with 1.8t engine (AUM), maybe last either. Exterior fully repeats vRS (bumpers, muffler, spoiler, Spider 16" wheels), except brakes calipers color and size and side mirrors. Sporty black Seats inside, S3 -look steering wheel, climatronic, black roof upholstery.

I love v-dub and stance scenes so I made some mods in these directions:

- JOM Blueline coilovers

- Fully renewed 17"x7,5j rare BBS LM (JDM -Spec "F1 championship limited" (fully gold-colored) Were in very bad condition when i bought them, so there was very BIG work to do: repainted centers, by-hand mirror-polished rim lips, centers are mounted from the backside of rims to increase offset and lip size...

-Kumho Ecsta SPT KU31 tyres 215/45

- 5 mm spacers

- vRS Badges all-round.

Hello, welcome. Whereabouts in Russia are you from? I guess you must have to cope with vastly more severe winter weather than us in the uk!

Hello, welcome. Whereabouts in Russia are you from? I guess you must have to cope with vastly more severe winter weather than us in the uk!

I'm from the middle belt of the country (like Moscow, 800km east of), so the weather is poor. This month we have a catastrophic amount of snow. The temperature difference over the last year was from -38 to +38 C in my region, given that the winter was too much snow, but in summer there was no rain at all. This is an anomaly, but our parents and elders hundreds of years lived in such conditions somehow, it means that everything is OK :) So I'm just spun up my coilovers for the winter

Thanks for the welcome!)
