im looking for some help. trying to install this on my computer but it seems to crash on install. proper disk etc have tried a few times but just get the screen

installing necessary runtime files for HD writer ae 2.0 (microsoft visual C++ 2008 runtime 2/4

it still says its running on task manager but nothing is happening, cany anyone help?

Can you post your PC Specs, what version of Windows you're running and what Anit Virus / Security software you have installed.
